Open gear grease

SEIVIO Gealub S910 open gear grease is manufactured through a special process using high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives. It is a special grease specially developed for small, small module, exposed/semi-exposed micro gears (micro reducers, micro motor gears).

• It has wire drawing adhesion properties and is not easily stuck to the tiny tooth surfaces by centrifugal force for a long time when rotating at high speed;
• Focus on solving the abnormal noise of micro gear operation and reducing starting torque;
• Form a uniform elastic lubricating film on the tooth surface to suppress high-frequency abnormal noise during micro-gear meshing;
• Compatible with metal gears + plastic gears, will not corrode plastic parts;
• Significantly reduces the peak starting torque of the micromotor and avoids the problem of excessive operating resistance caused by high viscosity.

Suitable for POM, steel (1000~10000) rpm semi-open gearboxes and gearboxes with poor sealing, micro exposed/semi-open gears, micro reduction motors, electric toys, home appliance cores, printer and copier transmission gears, small power tools, precision instruments, small robot joint gears and other small module open/semi-open gear mechanisms.
