Description:
SEIVIO Gealub E015 micro cycloidal pinwheel reducer grease is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, as well as antioxidant, anti-rust and other additives, through a special process. It is a semi-fluid special grease specially customized for small/micro cycloidal pinwheel reducers (including RV micro reducers).

- Excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear, maintains oil film under high contact stress, prevents pin teeth and cycloid wheels from pitting and gluing;
- Stable mechanical stability and shear resistance: long-term meshing and rubbing will not easily cause thinning, loss, and oil separation;

- The colloid has excellent stability and can be firmly adsorbed on the cycloid tooth profile and bearing raceway;
- It has extremely strong anti-shear stability and will not dilute or leak after millions of reciprocating movements;
- Suitable for semi-fluid consistency, it can adhere to the meshing pair without excessive resistance or heat generation;
- It will not increase the starting load of the precision servo motor, ensuring control sensitivity and positioning accuracy;
- Key requirements for noise reduction, low friction, micro servo/robot joints, and reduced starting torque.
