Hypoid Gear Grease

SEIVIO Gealub B014 Hypoid Gear Grease is manufactured using fully synthetic base oil, a complex-soap thickener and antioxidant, antiwear and other additives. It is specifically developed for hypoid bevel gears operating with high contact stresses and sliding friction.

• Very soft, with good flow-back properties and affinity for metal surfaces.
• Reduces noise and vibration by cushioning impacts with its lubricant film.
• Strong adhesion keeps the grease on tooth surfaces against centrifugal forces during high-speed rotation.
• Thins as gear shear speed increases and thickens as shear speed decreases.
• Good thermal and thermo-oxidative stability.
• Good cooling and rapid heat dissipation address the limited cooling performance of conventional greases.

Suitable for small hypoid reducers, spiral bevel gear mechanisms, small bevel gears in construction machinery, selected robot joint gears, machine tools and automation equipment. It lubricates hypoid, helical, bevel and spiral bevel gears.
