It is a semi-wet dry film lubricant (containing oil).

Usage: Mobile phone spring, when there is a problem with the mold, apply it on the mobile phone panel. The sliding mechanism layout of the car dashboard (the sliding part of the water cup holder, the hinge part of the glove box) and the car radiator (to prevent friction noise).
