SEIVIOCuszlub B631 opening and closing disc grease It is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, added with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-rust agents, and is thickened and refined with special soap base. It is a special grease customized for the core components of various opening and closing disks. It is suitable for their special working conditions of high-frequency opening and closing, high-speed rotation, local high temperature, and heavy load impact, and solves pain points such as component wear, abnormal noise, slippage, and seal failure.

• It can withstand local continuous high temperatures above 150℃, and the consistency change during continuous operation does not exceed 15%;
• It is not easy to be thrown off and lost when rotating at high speed, and at the same time, it avoids leakage from the gaps between components to contaminate surrounding structures;
• Under high frequency and high vibration conditions, it has good resistance to fretting corrosion and can form a lubricating film;
• The expansion rate in contact with nitrile rubber is less than 5%, and it will not cause hardening failure after being soaked for 100 hours;
• Anti-oxidation, anti-rust, not easy to quickly carbonize into sludge, waterproof, not easy to be emulsified and failed due to water ingress.
