Special grease is designed for pneumatic injection molding hot runner needle valve system/The high-temperature and low-volatility seal-compatible grease designed for the hydraulically driven piston, valve needle cylinder and sealing ring ensures smooth sliding of the piston during continuous high-temperature and high-pressure reciprocating motion, avoids swelling and shrinkage of seals, carbonization and coking, and does not contaminate injection molded products.

• ‌High temperature resistance and non-coking‌, can withstand high temperatures of 300℃ for a long time, does not drip or dry out under long-term high temperatures, and avoids interruption of production due to stuck carbon deposits on the piston;
• Contact with the rubber O-ring will not cause it to shrink or expand. It has outstanding water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can still maintain a complete lubricating film after being contaminated by water;
• It can still maintain low starting resistance after a long shutdown, effectively reduce stick-slip tendency at low piston speed, and adapt to the conventional piston movement speed of 0.01–1m/s.

Suitable for pneumatic control and sealing components of hot runner piston cylinder seals, such as ISO single/double-acting cylinders with or without piston rods, pneumatic rotary actuators, short-stroke or compact cylinders and valves and corresponding sealing components. The applicable piston speed range is from approximately 0.01 to 1 m/s, with higher speeds suitable for special cases for long-term use at high temperatures up to 300°C.
