SEIVIOCuszlub X231 Heavy Duty Rubber Jacketed Cable Greaseis adoptedPAG fully synthetic base oil，Lithium complex soap thickener is formulated with ionic polymers, antioxidants, anti-rust, and extreme pressure additives.

• The rubber has high compatibility and is suitable for cable rubber sleeves such as chloroprene CR and ethylene propylene rubber EPDM. It will not allow the rubber to expand, shrink, harden, or accelerate aging, and the volume change of the rubber sleeve is controlled within ±5%;
• Low Friction Drag Reduction The friction coefficient is very low (0.05~0.08). When pulling through long-distance pipes or bending pipes, the pulling force is reduced to prevent the rubber sleeve from being strained and scratched;
• Insulated, waterproof and rust-proof; has good electrical insulation, adhesion, water resistance, and protects copper and aluminum conductors;
• Moisture-proof and rust-proof, suitable for construction sites, mines, and outdoor humid environments;
• It is not easy to separate and lose oil, has a wide temperature adaptability range, and adheres to the surface of the cable for a long time.

Designed for: 1. the assembly and cabling of multistrand conductors in rubber jackets at cable plants, including lubrication between internal conductors and shielding layers; construction and pulling of heavy, large-cross-section rubber-sheathed cables through conduits; lubrication and sealing protection during cable-joint and rubber-sheathed joint assembly; and long-term protection of rubber-sheathed cables on mining equipment, construction machinery and welding machines used outdoors.
