Special high temperature grease for overhead conductors
Description:
SEIVIOCuszlub K381 high temperature grease for overhead conductors It is made of high-performance fully synthetic base oil, added with various additives such as antioxidants and anti-rust agents, and thickened with a special soap base. It is specially used for steel-core aluminum stranded wires and heat-resistant wires. / The grease for gap-type high-temperature overhead transmission conductors (HTLS) is filled between the gaps between the aluminum strands and the steel core during the conductor stranding production, taking into account inter-strand lubrication and anti-corrosion.。
Benefits:
- When the wire is twisted, the friction and wear between the aluminum wire and the steel wire is reduced; after being put into operation, the wire expands and contracts with temperature and vibrates in the breeze, reducing the fretting wear (fretting corrosion) between the strands and preventing the wire from breaking;
- The operating temperature of the heat-resistant wire can reach 180~240℃, with a high dropping point and small oil separation. It will not flow or drip when it is powered and heated, preventing grease from flowing to the outer surface of the wire and inducing corona;
- No cracking or falling off at low temperature -30℃, maintaining adhesion;
- Anti-corrosion and water-blocking, filling the internal gaps of wires to form a dense protective film to isolate rainwater, moisture, salt spray, and harmful industrial gases;
- Does not affect electrical performance: The formula controls oil precipitation and cannot reduce the conductive and corona characteristics of the wire.
