It is a special extreme working condition grease customized for the sealed rolling/sliding bearings of petroleum/geological drilling tri-cone drill bits.。

• Maintains extreme pressure and impact resistance, withstands heavy loads and alternating impact loads, and prevents bearings from seizing and burning;
• High temperature resistance, conventional continuous resistance to 180~220℃, not easy to drain or coke at high temperatures;
• Strong shear resistance, the lipid body will not become thinner and lost under high-speed rotation of the drill bit and strong shear;
• It is not easy to emulsify and dilute when exposed to water; even if the sealing ring is slightly damaged, it can still protect the bearing;
• Non-corrosive, non-swelling O-rings and rubber seals maintain sealing integrity;
• The colloid has good stability, low oil content and low hardening under long-term high temperature and high pressure.
