Metal drawing grease

SEIVIO Cuszlub D734 Metal Drawing Grease A higher viscosity metal processing oil specially designed for drawing, extruding, and bending of pipe fittings. It replaces lubricating materials such as engine oil and talcum powder, and its extreme pressure and lubricity are more balanced. It can increase the surface finish of the pipe after drawing, reduce the strain on the mold, and provide better protection for the mold.

• Does not burn (no smoke is produced) and meets Factory Mutual’s flame resistance requirements;
• It has excellent fire-resistant lubrication effect and long service life, especially at high temperatures;
• No coking at high temperatures, natural anti-rust ability, no corrosion to molds and workpieces;
• Metal affinity, microscopic repair of the friction surface, protection of the metal surface and isolation effect;
• It is acid and alkali resistant, water resistant, and has extremely stable chemical properties.
