Special grease for drill chuck

SEIVIODrichlub J621 special grease for drill chucks is made of synthetic oil with excellent heat resistance thickened by a special soap thickener, and is refined through a special process with various additives such as antioxidant and anti-corrosion. Its core function is to maintain stable torque transmission and precision maintenance under conditions of high centrifugal force, vibration load and frequent adjustments. The pressure oil separation rate is controlled within 5%, effectively avoiding the clamping force attenuation caused by grease hardening.

• Ultra-fine solid lubrication, soft and with certain penetrating power, providing boundary lubrication;
• Good extreme pressure and wear resistance, shock and noise reduction, high temperature stability and oxidation stability;
• Prevent fretting corrosion, gluing and crawling, and reduce the formation of fretting corrosion;
• For low sliding speed and high pressure, if fretting corrosion occurs;
• After 1 million reciprocating tests, the attenuation rate of the cone surface friction coefficient is less than 15%, and the repeat positioning accuracy deviation of the chuck is ≤0.02mm;
• Unique anti-friction and shear stability provides high precision and constant clamping force.

Used in a variety of machine parts subjected to extreme pressures, impulse loads and/or vibration or oscillating motions. It has excellent lubrication effect on drill chuck. The chuck chuck has high-precision and stable clamping force. If the clamping force is insufficient, the tool or workpiece will become loose.
