Coater oven bearing grease

SEIVIO Braolub L887 Coater Oven Bearing Grease is formulated with a PFPE base oil, PTFE thickener, and a unique polymer system. It is a special high-temperature lubricating material specially designed for bearings such as guide rollers and air nozzle swing mechanisms in ovens of coating production lines. It can provide stable and clean lubrication protection for bearings under the combined extreme working conditions of continuous high temperatures of 150°C to 260°C or even higher, solvent chemical atmospheres, and high-speed operation, avoiding grease carbonization and coking, dripping and contamination of coatings, and ensuring continuous operation of the production line and product quality.

• High temperature resistance and low evaporation. The base oil evaporates little under high temperature and is not easy to thin out and lose;
• It is not easy to form coke and carbon deposits, and will not form hard carbon residue after high-temperature oxidation to prevent bearings from getting stuck;
• Anti-oxidation, long life: extend the fat replenishment cycle and reduce downtime maintenance;
• Anti-wear and extreme pressure, withstand roller load and protect rolling elements;
• Anti-rust and anti-corrosion, resist corrosion by water vapor and a small amount of solvent vapor in the oven;
• It does not contaminate the product and does not drip onto the surface of the film coating to cause stains.
