Special grease for molecular pump bearings
Description:
SEIVIO Braolube F002 special grease for molecular pump bearings is formulated with special PFPE base oil, thickened with complex soap base, extreme pressure (EP) additives and a unique polymer system. It is a special grease customized for the core bearings of ultra-high vacuum equipment such as turbo molecular pumps, composite molecular pumps, and magnetic levitation molecular pumps.

- Excellent anti-corrosion performance, can withstand high temperature, humidity and water vapor conditions;
- Low oil content and low migration: the colloid has good stability and will not leak oil and pollute the cavity;

- The base oil has low viscosity and small friction resistance, which can reduce the temperature rise of the bearing;
- Good adhesion and will not be lost under impact load, extreme pressure, centrifugal force.
