Special grease for swing ball bearings of high-speed warp knitting machines

SEIVIO Braolub S158 special grease for swing ball bearings of high-speed warp knitting machines is formulated with fully synthetic special base oil, thickened with complex soap base, and a unique polymer system. It is a synthetic special grease specially developed for the swing ball bearings of high-speed warp knitting machines (swing/reciprocating oscillation conditions, not continuous rotation).

• Excellent resistance to fretting corrosion (fretting wear) and resistance to pitting corrosion on metal surfaces caused by reciprocating swings;
• Strong mechanical stability, stable shear resistance: not easy to thin and lose under high-frequency swing;
• Extreme pressure anti-wear, low friction, reducing bearing temperature rise;
• It has good adhesion and is not easy to shake off in the swing bearing. It is suitable for manual filling with sesame tubes.
