High speed extreme pressure vacuum bearing grease

SEIVIO Vaculub B392 high-speed extreme pressure vacuum bearing grease is made of high-purity linear perfluoropolyether oil thickened with nano-scale ultra-fine PTFE. It is refined by adding special anti-corrosion additives. It is an ultra-high performance special lubricating material specially customized for precision bearings under extreme working conditions of vacuum, high speed and heavy load. The core solution is that ordinary grease volatilizes violently in high vacuum environments and the oil film is prone to rupture and failure under high speed and high load.

• The consistency changes very little with temperature, the volatility is extremely low, and the service life is extremely long;
• Pre-degassing treatment and high-temperature baking (such as 125°C/24 hours) accelerate the release of volatiles;
• The volatilization loss is very small in a vacuum environment and does not pollute the vacuum chamber;
• Has good high temperature stability and vacuum stability;
• No hardening and carbonization at high temperatures, no brittleness at low temperatures, suitable for extreme temperature alternating working conditions;
• Low friction coefficient, high load-bearing capacity, and good compatibility with most rubber and plastics.
