Anti-electrical corrosion bearing grease

SEIVIO Braolube B157 anti-electrical corrosion bearing grease is a newly developed and highly efficient synthetic two-in-one bearing conductive grease. It is specially used to suppress stray shaft currents and spark discharges that cause electrical corrosion damage on metal surfaces. It is also a special grease that takes into account lubrication, rust prevention, and resistance to galvanic corrosion.

• Controllable conductivity, low resistivity, discharge shaft voltage, inhibit spark and corrosion;
• Excellent high and low temperature performance, extremely small low temperature starting torque;
• Effectively prevent and alleviate bearing electrical corrosion caused by shaft current EDM discharge;
• The volume resistivity is small, which can increase the effective contact area and reduce the internal temperature rise of the contact resistance bearing;
• The special conductive ion component can meet the requirement of dynamic conduction between the inner and outer rings of the bearing.
