Radar pitch and deflection bearing grease

SEIVIO Braolub J324 radar pitch and deflection bearing grease is formulated with a fully synthetic special base oil, complex soap thickening, and a unique polymer system. It is a special grease specially used for the pitch and azimuth (deflection) slewing bearings (slewing bearings) of radar antennas. It is a special lubricating material for military industry/precision equipment. It is used to lubricate the large slewing bearing of the radar antenna base to ensure the smooth operation of the antenna in up and down pitch, horizontal azimuth rotation, and small reciprocating swing, and ensure radar tracking accuracy.

• Anti-fretting wear, anti-false Brinell indentation, and response to contact surface damage caused by small swings;
• It does not solidify at low temperatures and does not drain at high temperatures. Radar in alpine regions requires extremely low starting torque;
• Extreme pressure bearing, withstands the antenna's huge weight and overturning moment, and the oil film is not easily crushed;
• Water-resistant, salt spray-resistant, rust-proof and anti-corrosion, a must for outdoor and shipboard radars;
• The machine has good stability and is not easy to drain. It can be left standing for a long time and swing repeatedly, so it can be maintenance-free for a long time;
• Stable torque ensures servo drive accuracy and small changes with temperature to avoid radar positioning drift.

It is suitable for pitch and deflection slewing supports of various ground air defense radars, vehicle-mounted tactical radars, ship-borne surveillance radars, and satellite communication antennas to ensure that the antennas always maintain micron-level repeatable positioning accuracy under wind-borne impact and dynamic alternating loads, and avoid target tracking deviations caused by lubrication failure.
