Electro-hydraulic brake system grease

The newly developed product uses non-diffusion oil as the base oil and is mixed and refined by adding several special thickeners. Especially developed for the sliding friction between plastics, rubber, and metals. Applied to reciprocating linear motion mechanical elements, such as: brake piston cylinder, (O-ring).

• Good high and low temperature performance, low temperature is -40℃, high temperature needs to be above 150 degrees;
• It has good rubber compatibility, because piston O-rings mostly use ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) as a seal, and all greases must be compatible, otherwise the O-ring will expand or shrink and become hard;
• Because the brake cylinder contains brake fluid and brake electro-hydraulic medium, the grease must also meet chemical stability and cannot be dissolved in the medium;
• Excellent horizontal and vertical adhesion, as well as good anti-wear properties;
• The most critical issue is long-term lubrication and lifespan. Generally speaking, it needs to meet a life test of more than 1.2-1.5 million times, and the cylinder and piston are in reciprocating linear friction for a long time.
