New energy motor oil seal grease

Using special base oil, a high-efficiency synthetic grease is specially developed for new energy motor shaft seals. It is fully compatible with a wide range of rubber materials and has almost zero oil separation even at high temperatures.

• It has good contact compatibility with various rubbers and will not shrink or expand, nor will it age or burst;
• It can still return to its original grease structure after returning from high temperature to normal temperature;
• Good static sealing and dynamic lubrication properties, and good extreme pressure and wear resistance;
• No coking, no carbon deposits, no loss, extremely low friction coefficient and evaporation loss;
• Excellent resistance to washing by water, steam, mild acidic or alkaline liquids, and extremely long service life.

New energy motor lip oil seal customized products; compatible with: ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), silicone rubber, fluorine rubber (PFPE), styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber (NBR) and other rubbers that are sensitive to most greases. It can also be used for: rotating rings and stationary rings, and bearings (sliding bearings, rolling bearings, ball bearings).
