Hydraulic shock absorber oil seal grease

It is a newly developed and synthesized two-in-one sealing grease with excellent chemical inertness and oxidation stability. It is an efficient, long-life, safe and excellent lubrication and sealing material used in coal mining and support hydraulic cylinders in the mining industry.

• Has excellent air tightness, lubricity, chemical stability and mechanical stability;
• Durable in environments with temperature changes, maintaining stable torque for a long time;
• Good compatibility with sealing material EPDM rubber and will not cause expansion or contraction;
• Low solubility in hydrocarbon gases and hydrogen, soluble in water and ethylene glycol;
• Good static sealing and dynamic sealing lubrication performance;
• It has good waterproof, pressure resistance, anti-corrosion and anti-rust properties as well as good extreme pressure and wear resistance.

It is especially suitable for long-life lubrication of rubber O-rings and valve sleeve friction pairs, cylinder piston seals and cylinder barrel friction pairs such as EPDM, nitrile rubber (NBR) and polyurethane materials that are sensitive to most greases. Typical applications include bracket hydraulic cylinders, shock absorber cylinder oil seals, hydraulic brake cylinders, etc.
